Throughout my graduate career and post clinical work, I have predominantly focused on understanding the impacts that trauma and stress can have on our well being. I have extensive training in a variety of therapeutic models including Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR and Wilderness Therapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher and greatly value a holistic approach to wellness. Along with providing traditional office and telehealth sessions, I also offer Walk & Talk therapy so we can disconnect from all things digital and get outside.
I seek to provide a supportive and empowering environment, free of judgement and shame so that you can grow freely within yourself, setting the desired goals you may have for your life.
