My office is currently located in the Total Health and Wellness Center at 2401 Whipple Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708. Beginning August 1, 2024 we are moving our practice to 311 S. Prospect Ave Hartville OH 44632 Suite 202. The new building is within walking distance to memorial park and less than 1 mile from Quail Hollow so we can conveniently hold our walk and talk sessions.

After completion of our initial assessment, I am happy to discuss the option of holding sessions at your office, residential or nursing facility if that is more convenient. Please let me know if you are interested in exploring this option upon contacting me.
